As of October 20, 2010, the database has grown to 312,596 different DNA sample results that can be searched for a match.  A quick check as of July 23, 2011, this database has grown to 341,154 records!

Genetic Genealogy:

When the total number of records is broken down, there are 6,117 different surnames in the data base along with 193,585 records of Y-DNA and 119,011 of mt-DNA. This is the largest assembly of DNA records and results anywhere in the world.

Family Finder:

The newest test being offered by this genetic testing lab is the Family Finder. This test can take either the Y-DNA or mtDNA and find your family across all lines of your family tree. There is even a population percentage result with this test.
